General Terms and Conditions

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The rooms or apartments are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
A deposit of 30% is required to guarantee your booking. The deposit is due within 14 days (immediately for short term bookings) otherwise the hotel may cancel the booking. The balance (70%) of your booking is due 1 month prior to arrival (immediately for short-term bookings).
Any outstanding balance and extras are due upon departure.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the booked holiday cannot be started or must be canceled prematurely - then the following conditions apply to us:

You can cancel for free up to 1 week before arrival.
If canceled within the last week before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.
No one wishes it to happen, and yet cancellations can occur. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance or travel cancellation insurance. Our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung, will cover the cancellation fees and protect you during the trip - click here.

VOUCHER
A voucher purchased from Hotel Goldried can only be redeemed for hotel services directly at Hotel Goldried. If there is any remaining credit on payments with the voucher, this remains and can be used for further payments at the Hotel Goldried. The product vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue (thereafter redeemable as vouchers). Vouchers cannot be returned, they are not resellable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The vouchers cannot be used for online payments. The purchaser of the voucher is responsible for providing the correct data (in particular email address) to which the voucher and the invoice are to be sent.
